Louisiana Lotto's most current image spot "A Reason to Smile" launched in 2009. This spot produced by Baton Rouge-based Cool Blue Pictures marks the first time the Louisiana Lotto used a morphing effect. This Lotto video was produced in-house by the Louisiana Lottery's marketing team in early 2009 to provide players with tips for preventing theft.
