Louisiana Lottery's 2009 spot for it's "Holiday Hits" campaign features the scratch-offs "Gifts," "Happy Holidays" and "Money Tree." This spot was created and produced in-house by the Lottery's marketing team. It runs on TV monitors at gas pumps in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas.
